Never recieved item

I'm not sure whether this is a joint scam? but i purchased a Electronic item/sample item and payed the company manager through western union, he then gave me a tracking number to record my item, now he will not reply back to my emails, EMS tracking is terrible, i am so ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED. it says the parcel was dispatched from shanghai 6 days ago and it took 8 days to get to shanghai from yongkang. i cant get in touch with anybody and no one will reply to my e-mails, and now i dont have a clue were the item is all it says is dispatched form shanghai what bloody good is that?
