Rich Dad Education
Poor value on three day course Internet

Education & Science

I was already in debt before using my credit card to go on the three day course others have said was loaded with sales messages for the advanced course. To be fair I was told it was a taster to decide which areas to go into.. I had no idea just how expensive further courses would cost. 20, 000 for the complete package which is $40, 000

I first felt bad when I heard before that it was connected with Whitney. Yet this programme has a high rating in some circles for its tuition. What's wrong is elderly people and uneducated are giving their decision on the day with little thought. Spending over 10, 000 requires at least one day's thought!

Everything takes time to learn skills and I cannot see the older ones having enough time. I am 60 and feel I need to be achieving success quickly also.

The free evening was as expected a sales call. It was slightly interesting. I decided a couple of days later. I saw the Whitney influence during the three day course. The way the price for two is offered. I did not decide to go until I got the price for one, days later.

The first morning of the three day was all hype. This was disappointing. I chose the course becaue I thought the three days would be value. Now I can see why other companies charge about the same for one day. They teach everything in one day for one system anyway. That means you can make money the week after.

With this Rich Dad system the actual course is very poor but does imprint the basics.

I am finding some useful information in the large written material that's given to read before and after.

So I am complaining more for those who have put their life savings into the advanced course. I was lucky to hear a couple in the restroom discussing the obvious sales patter.

I felt some presenters were actually lying. This is terrible. Using emotional scenarios to crerate a selling point.

I would not call all this a con. Its just overpriced. The system attracts successful people to do tuition. I agree with others they must get paid a lot.
The sales triggers were far too strong for my liking. People are not just given information to make their mind up. They think its their last chance.

Those I spoke to were unaware that our city has several property groups offerring tuition (none are cheap) and coaching. So a lot of the people taking the Rich Dad course are uneducated about available choices. Direct contact with several millionairees in property occurs with the other groups.

Robert Kiyosaki comes across as a very good person, he has picked some nice people too, but he must have picked the hard nosed sales presenters also.

Local networking can also be expensive but you have the option not to go. You can turn up any week.

What I did after the course was check out some books online. I already had two good ones but I wanted tax information. I got one from a leading UK tax expert who runs a website and answers hundreds of questions every year. The book is 20. Now compare that with the Days course you would have to take to learn it. The book ws updated his year folowing big tax changes. So my argument is buy books. You can resell them if you wish afterward.

To emphasize the trouble with Rich Dad Edcation is you think you have choices but you can see they want you to take courses you don't need. I realy feel more afterward all those people representing the company are old style sales people. I study sales its supposed to be smart to be consultative now and help people make right choices.
