James Michael, Square Trade Conman, sold ATV, Square Trade gave him money before I received goods England

I bought a ATV from James Micheal, using square trade. I sent the money the way square trade told me to do so. Square Trade said the money will not be touched until I get the product. Well I never got the product and the money is gone. Square trade claims to be safe. I felt safe sending my money with them. It says in the Square Trade invoice that the seller will not touch the money till I get the product. Square Trade lied and helped James Micheal rip me off for $1300. Paul Altoona, PA
