Damage to property

In rushing to finish a tree felling job (having quoted it would take 2 days, they actually took 3 hours), they allowed a falling bough to strike our garage door, thereby causing damage right through to the inside). Assuring me (convincingly) that they would bring in a fibre glass specialist within the next7 days, I paid them and allowed them to leave. 4 phone calls elicited further promises to do the repairs - to no avail. Now they simply do not answer my call as they clearly recognise my number.

Total Tree Management claim to be a member of the International Federation of Tree & Landscape Contractors, and that they are ' fully insured '.
