Hello

I have recently brought a new build Jelson homes, I have had over 50 snagging issues internally which is still being addressed, However the fence at the rear of the property is faulty and is not fit for purpose.

I have addressed this issue with there customer service manager with the photos and they have replaced 3 timber supports which didn't really need replacing however there is 6 others that are bowed and 1 is damaged which you will see in the pics.

They have told me that they are not going to do anything about this which I can't believe and I think it's unacceptable.
