What a privilege it is these days to be able to recommend a company for its products and exemplary service! I've heard many horror stories concerning carpet cleaning companies. Dan, who owns and runs the company with his wife, Jan and employee Darren, told us exactly what we could expect and told us that he expected some of the stains to reappear after a couple of days and that we should not hesitate in calling them out to re-treat those areas. We called them out at least twice and they were happy to come out each time. Our carpet looked like new, this is what I call customer service! Everest Home Improvements could learn an awful lot from these professionals (I doubt that Everest would be interested in improving though)
