Get Ready to Freeze to Death

When I called Peter Bagnall Ltd they told me they would come around to repair and service our boiler in about two weeks time.
When the day of the service and repair arrived, the boiler finally broke down. The repairman from Peter Bagnall came around, looked at the job for 5 minutes and then said that he had to rush off to complete another job but that he would be back in half an hour. Three hours passed with the heating off and still he did not return. When we called to ask where he was, we were told that another "regular" customer had a break down and the technician had gone to see to that. When we asked why they did not call us to tell us this earlier, they said that as we were so rude, they would not come at all.
We explained that we have an 84 year old as well as a sick child in the house and with minus temperatures outside, this was a huge issue. They replied that it was too late, they had cancelled the technician!

These people should not be allowed into your house!
