I ordered plants from Gardening Direct and they were sent to another client by mistake. They should have been with me in April. When i rang them and complained they said they would get a manager to ring me. Nothing happened. I rang again and asked to speak with the operations manager David Talbot who advises 100% satisfaction guaranteed in their nice glossy brochure. They said they had not heard of him. The more i asked to speak to a manager the more i was blocked. These plants need to be grown on in a green house for at least a month before planting out. It is now the 2nd of May and all they say is i will receive them by the end of the month. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY ON THE TIN. This is the second year they have messed up my order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
