Samsung have got an unblievably bad after sale service! I have been calling for the last 2 weeks for a corporate printer. I have been told in each of the 5 calls i made in the last 2 weeks, that due to high volume of calls there is no engineer available!!! This shows how bad samsng products are! I requested to call me within office hours and specified it is 9am to 5pm, just in case.. Still i got a call after 2 days, at 6PM!! When i finally got someone over the line, he asked me to try installing the printer software, see what problem it says it got and call them back. I asked if they cannot tell me what that red light coming on the printer means, i am sinply told "i have no idea. you have to check and call us back"! On my last call, i spoke for about 4 mins to an engineer, who was thinking and writing his report more than helping me, and suddenly the line cut off! So i called back the next min, as i know they would not. And again i am told that no engineer is available, we will have someone to call you when they are available, which might take up to 1 day! Call back between 2 to 5 as our engineer are a bit free at this time..
