ASUS will not support there own products in UK

DO NOT BUY ASUS Motherboards and Graphics cards if within the UK - ASUS advertise a 3 year warranty on all motherboards sold after 1999 [URL Removed] they refuse. However they have no customer support for UK owners of Graphics cards or motherboards - they refuse to speak to you and insist that you deal with a tech support team via email only (difficult when your motherboard is broken) and they will reply at 2-4 in the morning around 2-3 days after your mail them...

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - Do not buy ASUS hardware if customer service / warranty is important to you

Having been spun around by the ASUS support helpline - they do not support ASUS manufactured Graphics cards or motherboards - it let me dealing with offshore e-mail only tech support - who keep saying to go to retailer for warranty RMA, which is AMAZON - Amazon insist this has nothing to do with them and needs to go back to ASUS who are 1 un-contactable and 2 utterly useless and unable to read simple mails - AMAZON have recommended that I take my issue with trading standards as they themselves are mystified my the lack of ASUS customer support.
