Shoes I purchased from the above website where fake louboutins and when I asked for a refund was not given

To whoever this may concern I purchased some shoes from a website and was made to believe they were real louboutins but after 2 times of wearing them they started falling apart when I tool them to the louboutin store here in the UK I was told they were fake. When I asked the compony I purchased them from for a refund they refused and I have been battling them since march. Please let me no my rites so I may get my money back. I have all the receipts and evidence when they admit to knowingly sending me fake shoes. If you provide me with an email address I will email them to you. Many thanks
