I am writing to complain about the Store Manager in Watford who refused to give me a Credit Note or a refund for a Pair of Damaged 11510903290 Lonsdale Kendal Trainers purchased 2 weeks ago

They have only been warn 4 times and the soles are breaking off and damge to stitching above

The store Manager refused to give his name but gave me 171537 as his reference.

The Area Manager had just gone out for half hour and the Manager refused for me to wait and told me to contact you then with the centre Security asked me to leave the store.

I even experienced abuse from his Assistant Manager to my concerns.

I only managed to find a number after seeing information on complaints an 0845 number which cost to much for me to be left on hold..I have emaile them 3 times and no response
