Fake UGGs

I made the mistake of purchasing one pair of boots from this website. After proceeding to checkout and entering my card details I became concerned about the geniuness of the site as it suggested it would take between 5-20 mins to process my order. I called my credit card company to immediately cancel the payment of £52 but was advised a shanghai company was currently completing two transactions of £69.00 from my account. The only advice I was given was to wait until the payments were taken and contact them back after this to seek recovery. I called the UGGs CC number on the website but this dialled an unknown tone. I emailed them, eventually hearing from them after a few days. I explained the sitaution and demanded full refunds of both pairs of boots I had been charged for. I promptly received one refund but they told me I could not have a second. Four weeks later, no product arrived and during this time I found this website so had become increasingly aware they probably wouldnt. Afew days later I recevied a letter from the UK border agency notifying me that my parcel had been stopped at customs and examined due to the high volume of fake UGGs being brought into the UK. The letter stated these had been found to be fake and would consequently be destroyed. I had the opportunity to appeal their decision but in doing so I would then face court proceedings for helping this item into the country.

With this letter I was able to get my bank to recover my losses, just as well I paid on CC.

UGGs CC have since emailed me asking if I recieved my boots and am happy with my purchase. I have explained I know their products are fake and I did not receive my purchase and they apologised advising me a full refund would be made within a week. Three weeks later... no refund!!! Surprise Surprise!!!

Please do not buy from this website!! In future the only place I will be buying UGGs from will be a high street store at full price as this is truely the only way to get a decent pair of UGGs. Please do not make the same mistake as I did!!!
