Wrong product, No Refund, No returns

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force Ones from this site and the sent me them in the wrong colour and when i asked for a refund they said that it wasnt their fault the postman mixed up the orders and it would be too expensive to return the items so i was offered a 20% discount on my next order which i refused. I asked them for a full refund and their postal details as there are NO contact details what so ever on their site. After a week today and many emails i have still not received a refund or their postal details, they told me the shoes are nice and i can keep them but that is all. This website has scammed me, the only details i could gather was the persons name who the money from my account went to, their name is Chan Pui Shan and the area my product was sent from Ma Fei. I would not advise ANYONE to order from this site or any other site with a similar web address.
