DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE RUBBISH! I had a booking for a 17 seat minibus on 5 March at 8am. The booking was made two weeks before. At 5.15pm the day before they rang to tell me that they were not going to honour the booking, as the minibus had 'broken down'. After a heated discussion they agreed to provide me with a 9 seater minibus, but only at the same price. They rang again at 5.45pm to say that they were not going to deliver the minibus, but that I would have to collect it from Wembley (I live in SE London, so that is right the other side). This was because they 'didn't have a member of staff available'. We again entered heated discussion, which they terminated abruptly at 6pm because 'that is when the office shuts'. The staff that I spoke to were extremely rude, and there was not a hint of apology.
