TH WORST COMPANY EVER! COMPLETE SCAM!

This is the worst company that I 've ever had to deal with! I tried to book on line but had doubts about the type of vehicle that was advertised and phoned to make sure i was booking the right one. During my 5 phone calls before and after the booking every phrase ended with "bruv" and "man" (I am a woman), they couldn't give me the correct spec - it was just "this is the one you need, trust me bruv! ". But it wasn't! It's good that I had a feeling that they were a bunch of wankers, so i wasn't surprised when they called 6.30pm to tell me they couldn't supply the right van (I was surprised they called though). I am bit worried that they've charged my card already, it was lucky I used a credit card - at least I could get a charge back from Mastercard! THEY ARE COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACE! SOMEONE SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN!
