I ordered a number plate 4 weeks ago from this website. The money was taken out of my account on the day of ordering and I sent the required documentation driving lisence, V5 form and other personal info as required. I have had no response since, no plate no return of documents. I have been unable to drive for 4 weeks as no lisence, no plate. Emailed 8 times so far, no reply, sent a letter, no reply. I have reported to DVLA as they claim they are a registered DVLA company. I will persue with watchdog and trading standards as this is totally unacceptable. Im still waiting to plates and my documentation! Any further advice would be appreciated as I am not going to just let them take my documents - I dont even know if my personal info is being used in any fraud??
