Check my bank statement this morning to find a charge of £14.95 on it from Rewards First, not know who or what this charge was for I googled them. This was some kind of a voucher company. Not knowing why they were charging me I went to their website, the contact number only lets you contact them if you have a membership number or a landline number, you will not be able to pass this process without either. I googled REWARDFIRST again and found complaints about them and a 0870 customer services number, after waiting 7 minutes a gentleman answered and I told him about my bank statement and this charge of £14.95, and he said how can I help. I told him I wanted a refund because I did not sign up for REWARDSFIRST, so why did you charge me. He took my name, post code and said that I paid for a flight with FLYBE back in August and that I signed up for a free trial, this was news to me. After the free trial period ran out they automatically start charging, I went back thru all my old statements and they were correct. From September to May they have been charging me £14.95 for a service that I did not sign up too and I did not know I had. Can this be Illegal???
