Ripped off

I brought a van from S G automotives in Leicester and from day one there seemed a problem with the van. I went on holiday and came back to find the van didnt start and it had major engine problems! I.E it had the wrong engine in and was even mounted properly! Igave the van back and we agreed a refund yet after a week I still have recieved my money in my account and I'm still without a works van! they dont answer calls or texts! Absolute joke! Avoid!
