RIP OFF. unauthorised transaction 7months late

I ordered an item from this company. A gearbox. costing £450 for next day delivery. Not only did it take 5 days of constant hassle for the part to arrive, this was in aug 08. Now in feb 09 I GOT A LETTER AND INVOICE. They have taken a further £135. for an apparent surcharge. Which was NOT mentioned when ordering. When I phoned the company I was told this is the norm. they wait 15days then attack. This is 7 months. and they have taking a payment without my authority and with no reason. When i asked for a refund i was told. "don`t worry mate its not just you" "this happens". We have now had to phone our bank and start a dispute. And untill it is resolved then we are out of pocket by £135. This Company are not to be trusted. If everything was or is explained then why does that company name appear in a few complaints forums.
