This complaints regarding loss or delay to my bagg which I had claimed at my arrival to Heathrow airport on the flight from Tripoli to lLondon on 30/08 on flight number 102 (Libyan Airlines

I had claimed the delay and i fill applicaton form and its reference number AHL LHR LN 10136.

The disk of loss baggage give me the telephones which not responding as I am still trying and I lift amessage in the answer machine and i lift my telephones numbers and they have not reply atall.

So I take liberity and I am sending you this complaints for the bad organisation of loss laggages and ignorence of the passengers who suffers from consequence of irresponsibility.

Also I am still waiting my bagg and I would like to hear about it as soon as possible otherwise further action I am going to take.
