Distress due to delay

I am an elderly person, 60 years of age traveling alone in. I had to stand on a que for boarding pass for 12 hours in Dubai Airport without any food or drink. this took place on the 17th of November while traveling from London to Dhaka via Dubai. It was the worst experience of my life.
