Terrible Service and Rude staff

My wife went to this garage to diagnose an issue, instead of diagnosing the fault and providing a quote they went straight ahead with repairs and demanded an absolute extortionate amount for the work. When my wife challenged the costs instead of providing an explanation the owners brother / assistant made a totally inappropriate and lewd comment. The service was not only appalling but also derogatory towards a woman. I would like to take this up with appropriate authorities to ensure no other person especially women get treated this way in the future
