Ordered a rear axle for a Daihatsu Hijet pick up (149.50) after searching through "Findapart".

Spoke to David Conner who came accross as a knowledgable person. The axle arrived and it was for the wrong Daihatsu. Eventually spoke to David Conner after waiting 2 weeks due to Christmas shut down who said that the lads in the yard had took the part off the wrong vehicle and would send me the correct part by ANC Carriers.
Waited another week ..no part.

After numerous phone calls and excuses he told me that it seems that ANC had lost it! (an axle for a pick up is at least 4ft wide!)I asked for a refund and for him to collect the wrong axle which he said he would on Monday. Phoned on Wednesday to confirm that he had refunded my credit card and he said he had on Tuesday.
Phone credit card co eleven days later... no refund had been given. I have now requested a refund from my credit card company.

This dealer gives breakers a bad name. They NEVER return you call and hope that you will just go away and give up.
