Ef 5, 8 wizz air flight to bulgaria from luton, my two children and i checked in at air port did all needed and then went to gate to board, a lady asked us to sit to one side, we did this i told children it probly so that children can sit with parents, no this was not the case they said it was we could not fly today as a staff member was ill, i did say how i needed to be on this flight as my dad is very sick i needed to be there, there then said i may be able to fly with out my children, and children could fly tommow how can they let children fly alown when it says on there page need to be of a certion age, well a kind family of four changed for us to be able to travel, staff then said we could board and our baggage was back on the plane, we went through doors man at bottum of plane said all bags are now on plane so we went up to board, got to top and staff asked for boarding pass which other staff member had we was told to stand up corner till there could sort it, children did manage to sit oppersit well good flight from then and then landed, through pass port control, baggage pick up childres baggage was there not mine i talked with a bulgarian lady who put in a log, i was very worried as all my dads medication i had got was now in my case. she was able to track it down still in luton, so taxi took my children and me to my parents house, when it came to getting my case back, 3 phone calls later 90 leve for another taxi to and from air port i did get my bag. more cost to me. i was very diapointed with this service, would also like to make a surgestion that you alocat seats at check in so children can sit with there parent, as on the home bound flight we had a problem with this seating again.
