Withdrawing of money illegally from my bank account

I came across this advert on facebook about google job where by u can work and earn money online an thought since it was advertise on face book, i made the initial payment which was stated on the website which when converter to pound was more than $1 requested. I later discovered £34 has bbeen deducted from my account on 06/03, to my gratest suprise u wont believe that the name of the company who deducted did not reflect and immediately i knew it was this so called PRODUCTCUSTOMERSUP US 01.95, XR 1.40288, CD 9615. This was the way it reflected in my account the first time i made the initial payment (PRODUCTCUSTOMERSUP US 01.95, XR 1.40288, CD 9615.). I have not recieved any package they promise to send within 10days it is close to a month now and they will keep deducting the monthly charges... honestly i think this is fraud... something should be done about it as fast as possible...
