THG/ Marcus Evans, is the worst company to work for, its full of shit and lies, has no values, uses its employees to get them leads from their target market and use them behind their backs, they do not provide you with an email account or a personal computer you only use one of there crappy old computers for research and when sending emails to get a decision, so if you email a CEO or Chairman you must get them to buy your product within 2 hours using loads of lies like other company cancelled and price is reduced to half price today while the price hasn’t been changed and also they ask staff to treat PA’s like shit, this is really bull shit organisation, where people quit so often and very quick and when they do go because they hate the company they tell other staff members that they have been fired or they are very sick so people won’t question why people quit so fast. Also when it come to commission the company could offer you 10% commission they only give you 5% or 2% then if you are selling an sport activity which takes place in 4 years time you get the rest nearer the event so ridiculous, not forgetting that all companies pay end of month but THG pays on the 4th working day after so you get paid late as its cheaper for the company as bank doesn’t charge them much, this company is really selfish and takes pride of its lies and all its employees from Sales Executives to HR who lasted long there has no life and lies 24/7, they lie even to themselves. I really regret the one month I worked there my time would’ve been more beneficial to be used in job hunting or either volunteering. If you come across this company my advice to you is to run as far as you can, because you deserve better than this.
