I was visiting the Buccaneer with my wife and 4 month old daughter, I've been a regular visitor for the past 10 years. I was being sevrved by the temp landlady of the Buccaneer pub on Newport rd. Cardiff. The landlady over heard me commenting about the world cup football... England v Germany to my wife. During serving our drinks she leaned over and expressed her difference in opinion as she supported the other team. At first I thought she may have been joking until she carried on giving me different reasons why I should support the other team and then turned to a couple of the local customers sayin..." He's an Arse hole " looking right at me! The two customers looked un comfortable and I felt shocked! I immediatly asked for the complaints details... Head office etc. She refused and said " Give over"! I asked again she said "no"! I asked again and then she said " right your banned "? I asked on what grounds and she just said Im not serving you! I ended up leaving with my wife and four month old daughter and neither the landlord or landlady would tell me who there head office was or provide a way to complain. Surely all of the above is wrong especially as I had'nt once been abusive, aggressive or drunken as I was still drinking my second pint and had my daughter with me so no plans to stay out long. Have many witness's who mentioned on the way out that they heard everything and was appauled.
