Funds taken by this company without permision from myself

I am writing with this letter to complain regarding recently looking online for loans offered to unemployed people of which none i was interested in but it seems that the loan centre who are as far as i am aware as i do not have any info on them and find i cannot get onot the website for them but have emailed them on several occasions reagding a payment they have taken from my account which i do not remember agreeing to nor did i receive any paperwork to sign. I have been to my bak and they said that it is up to the company to refund this money. I am extremely angry about this as i am a single parent and on benefits but as i am on the new sickness benefit E.S.A i have had my claim stopped since 21st oct and still to date no received any benefit from them so am living on my child benefit and child tax which is only 130.00 per wk so basically covers food, electric and i am having to pay my other bills one per week so as the loan cente took about 50.00 from my account i was left with 80.00 for myself and my children and i am having difficulties getting christmas presents as it is for my children so i m extremely unhappy with this and do not know how to solve this matter but i will never go online again to look at loan options clearly this leads to nothing but problem after problem. I am looking for someone who can help me with this matter in order that i can get a fullm refund and put it behind me. J Dickson
