Debt consolidation

I recently had a conversation with a member of staff from Harrington Brooks with regard to consolidating my debt into one monthly payment, after speaking to them and giving them my details they sent me the paperwork necessary to confirm whether i wanted to go ahead with this or use the 7 day cooling off period to cancel so after working out my finances i found i was better financially to pay the companies i owed 5 pound per month which 4 of the 6 have agreed to so if they all agree which is probably most likely as they prefer that you pay something rather than nothing and from past experience i have learned that through my solicitor that you can acutally pay as little as a pound per wk or month to clear the debts owed. I then sent back to Harrington Brooks the paperwork uncompleted with my letter of cancellation and thanked them for their help but was unable to affford 100 per month and could pay as little as 30 pound per month to clear all debt although this will take longer it is still being paid. I have since had 25 pounds per week mtaken frommy account for the first 4 wks as i did not have 100 pounds to pay and i am unable to stop this at my bank and i have emailed them about 4 times sent them letters and requested they call me in order to stop this and refund me the full amount paid which will be as of this week 100 pound. I do not know what to do next and need some advice as to what my options are, i will try to obtain a number for them but i am actually unsure whether they are uk based or based abroad but think it is uk based. If you can help me with this matter i would be gratefull as this money was for my kids christmas that has been taken from my account. Thanks Miss J Dickson
