Withdrawl of excess funds

I, along with many of your other victims, had authorised a transaction of $1 for a promo/info kit. Later several unauthorised transactions appeared on my account statements. I demand a full refund of all transactions. This dealer is stealing from many people who have trusted (maybe foolishly) in the concept of goodfaith and ethical business practices. These people are thieves and should be jailed. This is really dragging Google's name through the mud; what an irresponsible bunch of pillocks!
