Unable to log in

I've been trying to log into Homestreet Bank's online mortgage payment service (operated by Western Union Speedpay) for four days. Each time, I either get a message that my session has timed out (literally within fifteen seconds of beginning to log in) or I get sent to a screen telling me I need to change my password. Although I know my password and user name are correct don't actually need to change it, rather than hassle with it, I've tried to change my password so I could just get into the system and pay my mortgage. When I try to do this, I receive a message saying p'password must contain at least one alpha and one numeric character.' Fine, but the problem is, it does, and no matter how many times I attempt it I get the same message. I've been extremely careful about typing it in and even had my wife watch me do it and it still doesn't work. Sometimes I get a 'fatal error' message. Despite five emails to Homestreet Bank's customer service, I get no response. I live in the UK but the mortgage payment is on my home in the USA, so I need to pay online but can't.

I've literally wasted hours trying to get this to work, but the same scenario occurs again and again. I pay my other bills online and have made payments in the past to Homestreet Bank electronically. Something is clearly wrong, but I can't seem to get a customer service rep to contact me to discuss this matter. IT's annoying, and at this point, unless it's cleared up soon, I won't be able to make my payment on time. I've had this loan and not been late on a single payment in twenty years, yet now I'm in danger of not being able to pay on time because the Western Union Speedpay program doesn't work and I am getting zero help (or even contact) from customer support.
