Admin fee

My son enquiried about a loan one friday evening, on the saturday an admin fee of £49.50 was taken without any notice from the company. After deciding against taking out the loan he has tried endless times to get his admin fee refunded. He has sent 3 letters to the company even one to their head office but not even the courtesy of a reply. This company is scandulous using innocent people's money and people should avoid at all costs taking out any further business with themselves.

Will keep trying to get my son's money back as they have no right keeping it.
