We had this company pursue a PPI claim for us and they say they have got us money back and we have a letter that claims to from the TSB saying they will send money. We have not received the cheque and therefore are not in a position to pay their fees. They call sometimes four times a day to ' update their files ' The calls may be from different people but all at the same company. They state they have to update their files! Three or four times a day!!! We have told them that until the restrictions on movement are lifted (we are classed by the government as very vulnerable and are not supposed to go out or meet anyone) and we have received the cheque (that is allegedly on it's way for over a month) we cannot do ANYTHING! Why do they need to update this information several times a day when they know the situation. This is pure harassment.
