Withdrawal of funds from trading Account refused

When my $500, 00 forex trading account was opened, I also accepted a "free" bonus of $100, 00. Little did I know that the bonus would make it impossible for me to withdraw funds later. I later learnt that the bonus implied accumulating 3 million volume of trades before I can consider withdrawals. When I took the bonus this was never mentioned but was told it formed part of documents I signed when account was opened. I have been trading for more than a year now but not regularly and still less than 100 000 in trade volumes!! I find this practice very unfair given the size of my trade funds and time it will take to reach the target. UFX Markets claim the acceptance of a "free bonus" entitles them to withhold my funds as this is contained on the terms and conditions. I have been in communication with them and their only interest is for me to put more funds into my account. Kindly assist.
