Absolute ****** and **** merchants. denied ever having received my NCB - posted twice and then when I called and confirmed they had received my NCB was told yes but then cancelled my policy and charged me. No record of my mails (sent recorded!!!) and no phone call record. Avoid at all costs - they may be cheap but there is a reason for it - they rob you at every turn. Here's their ****. Take the insurance premium payment. Deny having received your NCB. Cancel the policy and keep two thirds of the original premium. BEWARE!!
