Sending goods that have not been ordered

I requested 2 samples and paid P&P for these. order recd. Now I see that the Co have charged me £280 for goods not recd. The today I recd 2 packages with orders that I did not make charging me £82.95 x 2 luckily I have cancelled the card that I originally used. I cannot get in touch with Company to discuss or find the original web sire to send email cancel whatever it is that results in these goods being sent. Its a nightmare
