Taking money with no concent

As like many others I ordered the trial Acai Berry for the trial price, only to find another £15.18 went from my bank account and now I have just been billed for a further £82.95... cannot believe that this has happened, I have put a stop on my card, this should never happen as I did not give them concent to take that money from my account.
