Unaurthorised Debit Card Useage

On the 18th January I applied for a 'Free Sample' of Collagen Serum with only having to pay for the p & p of £2.97 . This was taken from my account immediately.

I did not want to buy another product or join any yearly membership as the products were far beyond my means to afford.

On the 1st February (today) I find they have taken £96.35 from my account without authorisation. They say I agreed to this by clicking on their terms and conditions, which is in another part of the website.

I want to warn anyone who wishes to try this 'free sample' to AVOID this coming like the plague. I have reported this to Trading Standards and Watchdog.

I have not ordered any other products, so how do they know what I want if anything.

I have received an email from them telling me that I can apply for a refund on their 30 day money back Guarantee by sending the products back. What products, I don't have any.

And advice from my card provider, they will give then 14 days to refund my money, then they will take over. But it is NOT ILLEGAL to do this.

Please don't react to their 'free' adds
