Contacting them to stop sending serum

As other customers I ordered the Serum for a one off price of £7.99. There is no return address or in fact insert to contact the supplier to tell them that I don't want any more. Every month they take £45.00 plus off my credit card and send me some more that I don't want. How do you cancel without this information?
