Hi, another complaint this time A/W RADIALABS.COM first of all they offer you a free sample of PURE COLLAGEN. Just have to pay postage sum of £5-95. Fair enough and it has been advertised on Facebook. You could only pay by credit card, silly me now I know why they declined my maestro card. In the very very small print you agree to further orders. I did not see it. 8 march they debited me for £5-95. What a shock when my statement came on 25 march £69-95 had been debited for the Collagen.

Panic set in, then saw on another complaints website one lady had had 3 months charged, Panic again.

Could not find an address to write and cancel. I rang and no answer. I sent loads of emails over a period of time and the last one I did get a reply at last and now I am cancelled.

But I have not received the COLLAGEN at £69-95. at todays date26/04. I am trying to cancel my visa but it is easter so waiting to hear what they say.

I used this website because there was hundreds of complaints on the other website, I am a member on this one and more people that I can inform the better.
