Not giving correct information not being able to contact them to cancel direct debit totally misleading to the general public

Daughter ordered off the web site of NUBODI product was late in delivery there is a clause in small print to cancel if you do not wish to carry on recieving product within 14 days -as this was ordered on the 31 october and not delivered until 17 november this has given them the opportunity to try and take more money from my account, I have just spent an hour on the phone trying to contact them only for the number to be bogus I have now contacted my bank who were great to stop these people from taking any more. Please look at the amount of complaints before you order. Absolutly disgusted that they can do this and not appear to be breaking any law complete chalatens
