`The above item was purchased on the 30th June and a shipping charge of 16.95 was paid. To date 15th July nothing has been received. I have noticed a similar complaint from this company. When you return to the web page there are no contact numbers and the 'Track my shipment' notification is useless and there is no where to track it.

Is this a scam organization???
