Plucked my eyebrow hair

Asked one of your employee to do my eyebrow waxing at east ham branch lady called nimmi done my eyebrow but she plucked my normal line and made a gap at the end of left eyebrow. When I asked her she was replying I will be back in two weeks of time that's not the reply when she is not professional she should not touch customers eyebrow I have been coming to your parlour since 4 years but this is very disappointing can't go out like this and asked manager number to complaint said don't have the number and you don't pay for it. If your not going to take action I will proceed further.
