Dead sea kit company
Sending products I did not orde

I have won dead sea beauty kit because of two surveys I have done in July (and won this prize which supposed to be for free for me (excluding postal payment 3.95.That is why I have placed my order in July in a first place, Normally I am very carefull and check things twice before I decide anything.

I won this dead dea kit twice and I have checked that the company has charged me only for the postal and

that was 3.95 pounds taken from my account the 6th July and 30th July

Now I have checked my account again and I have noticed another payment. I am really frustrated and someone has to pay for it.

the next money you have taken undeservedly from my account were:

- 57.95Ł - 23th of July (for what I have paid exactly as I did not even get any products from that company)

- and 59.95Ł - 22 August

- 44.95Ł - 22 August - they took money twice from me on the same day and I did not know for what as I did not receive any goods from them

I feel frustrated and do not know what to do. Have called my bank today and asked them if they can block this company from taking any more money from my account and I was told that I've siged up for a free trail and they can not block this company. So I am schocked again and do not know what to do as my bank did not really helped me. Now I feel usecure and so afraid that dead ses kit copmany will take more money from my account in the future and I won't get refund. Is there anything I can do? I tought that as a customer I have more rights and can feel actually also protected. I am so dissapointed.
