For over two months I have spoken to several of Lancome's staff... Each have said they would help me with my complaint. To no avail. They sent me two lip pencils which were the wrong colour.

I returned the pencils to Lancome London on December the 2nd as agreed. They said they would send me two replacements on delivery.

Nothing... Zilch!

All they need to do is pop them in the post. I don't need phone calls and emails from them... I want action. I paid £42.00 including P&P.

Please get your act together Lancome. Not good customer service.
