Ank charges not paid back

I had some free trial diet tabets a few months ago then had 2 more lots of tabets came through post wasnt till i looked at my bank satement that money was still coming out for these pills i also notice money was taken out for the free tial ones aswell i looked on line and talked to a lady on the email said to me return the pills with the return label and we put back the money we o you back in bank thats been 6 months ago and no money has been put back in bank account i would like something done about it thank you.
