Acai Berry Detox and Life Cleanse
Unauthorised credit card transactions

I purchased my free trial of Acai Berry Detox and Life Cleanse for the cost of $8.79 AUD each for postage on 13/10. I have received product, but as yet have not opened. What a surprise when checking my credit card on line to discover that I have since been charged for further products of which I have not received. 29/10/09 two amounts of $136.45 AUD each was deducted, then again on 13/11/09 two amounts of $132.45 AUD was deducted.

I have since cancelled credit card and they are investigating the transactions. I have also found an email address from another complaint regarding the company: support@tradingplanet.com

I will email and hopefully hear back from them.
