Free trial cost me more than stated in promotion

I saw this coompany was giving a free trials of two of it's product with only p&P to pay for. On the 21st July I ordered a free trial of both but had to give my credit card details to pay for p&p. About an hour later my credit card company called me as told me the company in US was trying to take £65.91 from my account and did I know about this. I then realised that the 'free trial's were not free and I contacted the company on a 'live chat' with a customer services person who then assured me that ALL the money would be refunded to my account.

Today I got my credit card statement in and £65.20 was taken out of my account on the 24th July. I had been refunded the £65.91 but I am still owed £65.20
