I purchased by Visa Card an item of jewellery described as "Pandora Bracelet & Charms " from this site, it has arrived today in a padded envelope with Hong Kong writing all over it, I have not even opened it as I had no idea that this item was being supplied from there. I have emailed today asking for details of return and refund, I am not happy at discovering that they are clearly operating and trading from outwith the UK, namely Hong Kong and are deceiving people into believing they are UK based. They should be investigated and banned!!!
